100% edible
minus the seeds which I save and try to start a tree...
Normally I unwrap and julienne the peel... mostly I simply dry and jar for future uses... salads... gravies... sauces... coffee... tea... desserts... smoothies... again...always use your imagination to spice and accent anything...
These little slivers will rehydrate... dice them up... soak before or just toss in the dish...
So buy a bag next time... especially if on sale... freeze the slices and dry the skins...
I promise you will not be sorry...
