Having seen your Caprese Salad in your notes I thought you might enjoy this recipe and encourage you to plant opal basil as well??? and some nasturtiums??? and seeing that platform did not allow the full extent of my communication… ingenuity prevails… LOL
Fresh picked kale and nasturtium
(both leaves and flowers)
A can of chunk light tuna and fresh mozzarella
for which I buy in a container
Pre packaged then I freeze for when needed…
***note**** fresh mozzarellas should never see refrigeration
After being made for the best of conditions
Thus freezing those packages in groceries does not
Degrade in much more than it already is… to bring it back a bit…
Reheat in water or put the container in hot water to warm…
Too hot and it gets very runny… just enough to get warm
And soft… not ideal then… I have never had the fresh fresh since leaving Hoboken in the eighties… LOL
Fresh picked brandy wine tomatoes
I also use sterling silver to eat daily… put the stainless
In the wooden box as decoy and the silver in the drawer
Nicer weight in the hand… bit of colloidal silver (maybe)
In the diet… and it retains wealth that is enjoyed every day…
A functional investment at bargain prices when you can find it
At the pawn shops… pick up at junk silver prices…
(it is only 92.5% silver… 7.5% copper for strength… so
You should pay 7.5% less of spot plus premium…
Fresh purple basil
***note**** purple basil is far more fragrant when dried
And a great touch for dressings and sauces
Dressing is simple extra virgin olive oil… a heaping
Fork of the real stone ground mustard which is brine simple
Seeds!!! Haha
I hope this inspires your culinary imagination
Thanks
Yum! 😋
What do you mean by not to refrigerate mozzarella? Thank you!
